Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está recién remodelado, con todos sus utensilios nuevos y de muy buena calidad. Además, cuenta con una excelente ubicación.

Aspectos negativos: Me tocó el departamento del piso 3 y sin ascensor. Para un maratonista fue todo un desafío… ¡pero se logró! Jajaja.

Small, but cozy apartment that was perfect for our needs.

Aspectos positivos: We stayed for five nights and it was perfect accomodation for us two, it had a simple kitchen with everything we needed. The location was great; Alameda, the Old City centre, shopping malls and grocery stores all within a few minutes walking. We had the apartment on the top floor, so we even got a nice view of the sunrise every morning. Jose was super helpful with the Check-in!

Excellent solution for a weekend in Sevilla!

Aspectos positivos: Great location, easily reachable from the airport. Close to the city center and surrounded by lively local bars and restaurants, this apartment is perfect for a short-term stay in Sevilla. Highly recommended for the staff too: the host was super kind and very very helpful!

Aspectos positivos: This was the perfect apartment for a two week stay in Sevilla! Located in central Alameda. The place is relatively small but smartly furnished and has a nice decorating style. I loved the orange trees outside the little balcony. The rental company is super friendly, fast and helpful. They communicate clearly and send all information ahead of time. Everything worked well (and if it didn't, like the shower hose that leaked, it was fixed the same day) and the apartment is well-equipped. A handy bonus - no keys, since both doors work with a number code. Altogether, it's been a wonderful stay, thanks Selecta Apartments for your excellent care!

Aspectos negativos: - The apartment doesn't have a washing machine, but Selecta Rental gives tips for laundromats nearby - On the weekends there are sounds from people talking outside the closeby bar, but that's pretty much everywhere in Sevilla Centre 🤷🏼‍♀️ (so bring earplugs:)

Aspectos positivos: La posizione della casa, nel quartiere Feria. L'appartamento carino . Ci sono locali di tutti i generi dove mangiare .

Aspectos negativos: L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore e per chi ha problemi alle gambe è un grande intoppo. Peccato che non è segnalato nelle informazioni pubblicate . Inoltre chi fa le pulizie dovrebbe essere più attento.

Aspectos positivos: L’appartamento è ciò che uno cerca in vacanza: comodo , centrale e carino. È attrezzato di tutti i comfort e il personale è molto gentile e presente . Ottima scelta
