Aspectos positivos: La casa era cómoda y acogedora y bien equipada en general Nos ha gustado el detalle de encontrar cafés, infusiones, aceite y demás de la bandeja de la cocina La situación de la estancia permitia visitar diferentes zonas de camino a otras zonas
Aspectos negativos: Hemos echado en falta una escoba de tamaño normal, ya que la que encontramos era pequeña y había que agacharse para poder limpiar

Perfecto para visitar Sevilla en familia
Aspectos positivos: Apartamento con muy buena ubicación para visitar Sevilla. Está a unos 15 minutos caminando de Isla Mágica, así que buena opción también. La comunicación con Mario muy fluida y rápida. El apartamento es nuevo con materiales de buena calidad. Cama comodisima. Tiene secador de pelo bueno, que esto suele faltar en casi todos los alojamientos. Bastantes toallas para estar cómodo. Todo muy bien insonorizado y eso que está en una calle con bastante movimiento durante la noche (tiendas, bares....) Sin duda de las mejores opciones en la que me he alojado en Sevilla y eso que he estado en bastantes apartamentos por.trabajo. En esta ocasión hemos ido 3 adultos y 2 niños y todo genial.

Perfect Stay
Aspectos positivos: We loved our stay, beautiful apartment in an excellent location. The beds were really comfy and the showers were really good. It was spotlessly clean. Lovely rooftop and pool area, which sadly we didn't have time to use on our trip. The hosts were really communicative. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Seville.
Aspectos negativos: We couldn't find any pans for cooking, but this wasn't a problem for us as we were out and about all day enjoying the wonderful food in Seville.

Brilliant place to stay
Aspectos positivos: Everything perfect. Property itself is spotless and very comfortable. Great beds. Location is brilliant - lovely local neighbourhood - less touristy than some with everything you might need on your doorstep. We found great local bars and restaurants. Property is in the middle of things but still quite. Close to everything yoh might want to see - 10 minute walk to the cathedral.

Fabulous stay
Aspectos positivos: Wonderful apartment in a perfect location, well served by restaurants, bars and a supermarket. All the sights are within walking distance. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable with everything you needed. The roof top terrace and pool were a great place to relax . Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seville.

Stylish perfection in the city center with a dream rooftop pool!
Aspectos positivos: Absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Seville’s historic center, yet the apartment is perfectly insulated so you don’t hear a thing. Everything was spotless, brand new, and stylishly designed with high-class materials. The beds were super comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and every detail felt premium. And the cherry on top? A rooftop pool with stunning views over the old houses and a beautiful church tower right next door. Truly magical! Communication with the team was top-notch — we asked for some flexibility with check-in and they arranged it without any hassle. If you don’t fall in love with this place, you won’t fall in love with anything. An absolute gem — highly recommended. Thank you, team!

Absolutely beautiful memories in a gorgeous home
Aspectos positivos: The room was absolutely beautiful and in the best part of Seville. The hosts were so kind to us and the communication was amazing. I had a small problem and they assisted me incredibly quickly - the problem was me just being silly - nothing about the apartment. The room is spotless and beautifully decorated and I would love to go back for longer!!!!!

Perfekte Lage zu Setas de Sevilla, Kneipen und weltbester Eisdiele \
Aspectos positivos: Alles ist nagelneu, megasauber und hochwertigst ausgestattet. Nespressokapselmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster u.v.m. Küchenrollen vor Ort. Toller Service und aufmerksame Willkommensgoodies wie eine Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank, abgepackte Essig/Öl, Kaffeekapseln, Kekse, Muffin. Im Bad Shampoo, Duschgel, Seifespender. Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Liegen, Pool (im März noch zu kühles Wasser) und herrlichen Ausblick über die Dächer von Sevilla. Obwohl noch 2 weitere Wohnungen auf der 2. Etage liegen, war es total ruhig. Da hört man nix im Sueño Andaluz, auch von außen nicht. Die 2 Schlafzimmer liegen zum Innenhof. Megagute Boxspringmatratze im großen Schlafzimmer. Check-in per Code. Kontaktlos.
Aspectos negativos: Im Land der Orangen, haben wir für den frischen Orangensaft die Saftpresse vermisst. Aber gegenüber ist ein kleiner Laden wo es für kleines Geld alles gibt.
