Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, la decoración, la iluminación natural son fantásticas. Sin duda lo he añadido a favoritos para próximas visitas a la ciudad.

Estadía de ensueño en el centro histórico de Sevilla

Aspectos positivos: La decoración con mucho estilo; agradable y cómodo; bien equipado; muy bien ubicado cerca a la calle de Feria; tranquilo.

Aspectos negativos: Había un ligero olor a cañería que venía del lavabo; algo muy común en lugares ubicados dentro de los cascos históricos de las ciudades; y en el rellano de entrada al edificio aparecen cucarachas continuamente; valdría la pena una fumigada. Otra cosa que no es falencia pero puede mejorar la terraza sería un toldillo para sombra y evitar que las palomas caguen la terraza.

Aspectos positivos: La localización es maravillosa en el centro de todo. Zona silenciosa por la noche y la decoración super acogedora. Preciosa!

Relación calidad-precio, está bien y con detalles

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación muy bien, cerca hay bares y zonas como las Setas y la Alameda. Los monumentos están a 20 min andando, es un paseo. El apartamento tiene detalles como cafetera y cápsulas de café, cosas de limpieza y artículos de aseo (gel sí, pero no champú), así como extras de cocina y secador de pelo. La pequeña terraza es un plus, y el ambientador del baño viene bien para evitar el olor a tubería (que debe ser frecuente en Sevilla). La anfitriona es muy atenta y manda recomendaciones variadas.

Aspectos negativos: La cama es pequeña, de 1,35 (según a lo que estes acostumbrado). El salón es precioso pero el sofá es lo más incómodo que puedes imaginarte. La cocina está nueva, es pequeña y si piensas usar la vitro prepárate para ser zurdo por obligación, porque no hay más espacio. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor, tampoco es incómodo pero está bien saberlo. Está lleno de balcones pero son bajos y tienen echada la típica persiana de madera que no impide que entre la luz, por lo que si te molesta la luz para dormir prepárate para pasarlo mal.

Aspectos positivos: Do you want to stay in one of the most beautiful apartments in Seville? This is the perfect choice. The location is excellent – you can reach the stadium on foot in 25 minutes, while most attractions are within a 20-minute walk, many of them even less than 10 minutes away. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and grocery stores nearby – everything you need. The apartment is fully equipped with high-quality facilities. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay, and everything worked perfectly. The cleanliness is impeccable, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the design is outstanding – the place has its own unique charm. I highly recommend it!

Aspectos positivos: The attention from the Hostess, the cleanliness, the flat itself has loads of natural light and is beautifully decorated, and it has everything you need for a great stay.

Charming and comfy central spacious apartment

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was super well located, beautifully decorated, everything was brand new, clean and carefully organized. The host was very helpful and kind, we really recommend the apartment!!! We loved cooking there, spending time in the living-room and overall enjoying the apt.

Aspectos negativos: We were misfortunate with the weather bcs there was a heat wave while we were there, and although there was a beautiful ventilator in the bedroom, it was not enough for the over 40 degrees temperature. But there was an AC in the living-room, and by leaving the bedroom door open the cooler air somewhat got there. But other than that, which climate change is to blame, the apt is absolutely amazing, comfy, quiet, location is superb, we really loved it.

Aspectos positivos: Perfekte Lage (ruhig, aber Fußgängerzone direkt um die Ecke). Sehr schön eingerichtet, viele Küchenutensilien inkl. Salz, Öl etc. vorhanden.

Aspectos negativos: Bushaltestelle etwas weiter weg (ca. 10-15 min zu Fuß über holprigen Bordstein).

Aspectos positivos: Cet appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier vivant, mais au calme car il est dans une rue adjacente. On se sent comme à la maison.

Aspectos negativos: La cuisine est un peu petite pour vraiment cuisiner.
