Aspectos positivos: La ubicación era buena. La decoración del apartamento, exquisita.

Aspectos negativos: El apartamento era frío. Intentamos poner calefacción en el aire acondicionado pero no lo conseguimos. La conexión de la tele era pésima. Tuve que descargarme una aplicación para acceder a diferentes canales. Y a veces fallaba el WiFi.

Aspectos positivos: The staff members were reaching out if everything was alright. They gave us recommendations for city sightseeing.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is near to the railway station and if you prefer to walk and discover the city this way it is perfect. There are also bus stations in 2 minutes of walking distance. The apartment is nice, on the 1 floor, so there is no need to use an assensior and it is easy to carry luggeges. The place is quiet and calm at night. We loved it ! In the apartment, there is everything you need for cooking, laundary, relax.

Very beautiful, comfortable studio with most things within walking distance.

Aspectos positivos: Great luxury feeling studio, with tv and washing machine. Clean and spacious. Towels were provided which was great! And I walked everywhere during my whole stay so perfect location :) would definitely stay here again!

Aspectos negativos: I wasn’t aware the code was the only way to enter when I booked. I got locked out when my phone died since I hadn’t written it down. A key would’ve been preferable, though I see how the code simplifies self-check-in, except they initially gave me the wrong one, so I had to call.

Aspectos positivos: Хорошее расположение! до главных туристических локаций Севильи 20-30 минут пешком. Рядом есть кафе, рестораны, продуктовые магазины

Aspectos negativos: Информацию о доступе к ключам я получила за 2 часа до времени заселения, оговоренного заранее. О том, что ключи нужно забрать в офисе по другому адресу, было неприятным сюрпризом! Об этом нас не предупреждали! мы специально заказали такси из аэропорта, чтобы успеть доехать до апартаментов до 22.00. Пришлось оплачивать и второй вызов такси из офиса до апартаментов! В апартаментах нет чайника! В апартаментах душно, проветривание через открытую дверь на улицу.

Aspectos positivos: Near the train station and bus to go to tourist areas; near excellent restaurants and bars. Owner/staff available in case of emergency

Great apartment near train station.

Aspectos positivos: Great location for taking day trips by train. Clean and comfortable. Video sent helped tremendously to find the property and access it. Grocery store very close by. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Aspectos negativos: Better instructions on the use of the washer/dryer would have been helpful (I found a Utube video that explained the symbols and operation, then referred to Spanish installation/operation manual). Hot water for showers were limited. It was hard to find someplace to eat close-by before 8 pm.

Aspectos positivos: C'est beau et spacieux. Les pièces sont biens répartis. L'hébergement est très bien situé. Il est bien équipé et la wifi marche très bien. La climatisation était notre équipement préféré. La réactivité de l'hôte en cas de problème et parfaite.

Aspectos negativos: Il n'y à pas de sac poubelle et de papier toilette de rechange. Il y avait des bruits de tuyauterie bizarre.
