Amplio, muy nuevo y muy bien equipado.

Aspectos positivos: Todo el equipamiento y mobiliario muy nuevo y muy bien mantenido. Buena ropa de cama y excelentes toallas. Con dispensadores de jabón en el lavabo y en la ducha ( también champú). Proceso de entrada muy sencillo y facilidades para acceder a un parking cercano por un precio razonable. Comunicación muy fluida con el responsable.

Aspectos positivos: Camas buenas, Ubicación excelente. Nada de ruido. Baños nuevos.

Aspectos negativos: Tuvimos que comprar el detergente para la lavadora. No había champú en el dispensador. No dejaron ni una botella de agua de recibimiento. Me pareció caro, éramos 5 personas y pagamos 200 euros por noche

Excelente y agradable estancia

Aspectos positivos: Excelente ubicación, muy limpio, se ve que es un apartamento con buen mantenimiento, acogedor, con sábanas y toallas impecables. Súper bien equipado.

Aspectos negativos: Algunas camas eran un tanto pequeñas, duras y una tenía una parte hundida, falta renovar algunos colchones. Tuvimos algunos problemas en la ducha ya que el agua se calienta por termo (100L para 6 personas, lo cual es una capacidad poca) y no se avisó antes por lo que en un momento quedamos sin agua (lo logramos solucionar con organización). Por otro lado, una de las razones de por qué elegimos este alojamiento es porque decía que tenía parking incluido lo cual no se cumplió, sin embargo el anfitrión fue receptivo, amable y arregló el anuncio.

Aspectos positivos: Un apartamento reformado, todo muy nuevo y limpio. Muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos del centro. Nico muy amable como anfitrión. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días visitando la ciudad.

Aspectos negativos: Es un 2 sin ascensor y escaleras estrechas, antiguas, si llevas mucho equipaje se hace pesado. Éramos 6, y los que se duchaban los últimos apenas tenían agua caliente.

Aspectos positivos: El apartemento muy moderno y acogedor. Muy,muy limpio. Los baños muy grandes y cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Lo aconsejamos sin dudar. Una estancia muy agradable. El anfitrión nos ayudó en todo. Está muy bien situado, cerca de todo lo más importante.

Great stay in a lovely place

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is spacious and has great size bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were very comfortable as a family of 5. It’s not far from the city center and there are restaurants close by. A supermarket is about 600m away.

This apartment has a wonderful location and a property owner that is super easy to work with!

Aspectos positivos: Nico is an exceptional owner. He was super accommodating and available to us throughout our 20-night stay. The apartment is located very centrally and is really perfect in many ways. There is easy access to just about everything from this apartment. We loved our stay in large part! And I 100% would stay at another one of Nico's properties. Nico was an exceptional guy that was easy to work with. If you have any issues during your stay he is super helpful and responsive.

Aspectos negativos: As others have shared, the showers were not hot, but after talking to Nico at our departure, he said he corrected the issue, and I trust that he did. The internet speeds were a little slow. This wasn't that big of a deal for me, but if you need the internet for work, it might not suffice. I often used my mobile hotspot over the provided wifi to do the work-related items that I needed to get done. Nico also stated that he had plans for higher-speed internet, and I trust that this has been done. We stayed during the winter time with rain for a prolonged stay. We noticed that a little mold had begun to develop in the bathroom and to air out the bathrooms. We didn't mention this till the end of our stay, but in hindsight, if we had mentioned it during our stay, Nico would have resolved it right away.

Aspectos positivos: Très bel appartement familial dans le joli quartier historique de Séville.

Aspectos positivos: Bellissimo appartamento in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni di Siviglia. Molto pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Nico è stato un host super accogliente e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Aspectos negativos: Unico piccolo neo: i cuscini era un po' troppo bassi e morbidi. Ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato stupendo

Aspectos positivos: Soggiorno perfetto. Appartamento nuovissimo, ampio, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Molto bello e luminoso il soggiorno con un'incantevole vetrata sulla calle San Clemente. Posizione ottima. Host gentilissimo, mi ha inviato prima dell'arrivo tutte le informazioni per effettuare in maniera autonoma check in e check out.
