Great stay in a wonderful apartment

Aspectos positivos: This property is 1st class. It has everything you could wish for and more. The private sun terrace is a huge bonus. We loved the location, there were so many great little bars and restaurants within a short walk. The main tourist sites are a 15-20 minute walk away, but it was a beautiful walk along the cobbled streets.

Aspectos negativos: Whilst the location is quiet there is quite a bit on noise at night, people passing & chatting and the bins being collected/delivered. There are also quite a lot of steps up to the apartment and then again up to the terrace. Whilst we had no problem with this, some people might

Aspectos positivos: We loved the location of the apartment, the terrace and the amenities in the apartment itself.

Aspectos negativos: There was no elevator so for the elderly people its a bit uncomfortable. We could not leave the luggage somewhere within the building so we had to find an extra space to store them for the whole day. You cannot park the car anywhere near, its impossible. But all these were rather minor problems. We would definitely come back!

Потрясающее место ! Спасибо !

Aspectos positivos: Понравилось всё! Центральное местоположение. Красивый интерьер, вид из окон и трассы просто волшебный. Наличие такой большой террасы с видом на Севилью завораживает! На трассе есть стол, лежаки, раковины с водой. Две спальни, система кондиционирования, купонный инвентарь, все супер!

Aspectos negativos: Нам все понравилось, были незначительные мелочи, которые важно знать, но для нас не существенные. Платная парковка около 26 евро в сутки. Но под окнами иногда бывают свободные места на бесплатной парковке, но нужно добираться но очень узким улочкам. По ночам под окнами оживленная улица. В апартаменты нужно подниматься по крутой лестнице. Но все это мелочи.
