Aspectos positivos: Apartamento cómodo, espacioso, con todas la comodidades. Estuvimos muy a gusto en nuestra estancia. El trato de la anfitriona, perfecto. Para repetir. Sin duda.

Best place to stay in Seville - convenient, comfy, quiet and a relaxing terrace.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing apartment, perfect for visiting Seville. It is quick 20min walk to old town, and not far from the main train station which makes day trips easy. The apartment had air conditioning and the blinds kept the apartment cool during the day even with the AC off. A huge plus was having two bathrooms, one upstairs by one bedroom and the other one downstairs by the second bedroom. The kitchen was spacious and had everything you needed, the living room was a great place to unwind after exploring and the terrace was the cherry on top. Apartment was very quiet, could not hear anything which made it perfect for sleeping.

Great, comfortable and clean

Aspectos positivos: The appartment was very nice and clean. In the center of Sevilla. Quick response from Charo (host) when we had some questions. All apparatus worked fine and manuals were sent with the mail. Direct whatapp contact was very nice. Roof terras was the bonus to have. So you can sit outside on the roofterrace in the evening when coming back from center to do some drinks together.

Aspectos negativos: There are 2 small things to mention. We found the beds small. Normally we have beds 1.8m wide (90cm wide each) These were smaller. And the last small point of attention was the fact that you only can enter the roof terrace, to going trough the bedroom om the top floor.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfectly organized. Charo is always in contact with you via WhatsApp. You will definitely feel comfortable there.

Aspectos negativos: nothing that I can immediately write down here.

Schönes Apartment mit Klimaanlage und toller Terrasse. Es ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt.

Aspectos positivos: Große private Terrasse mit Schatten am Morgen und abends, so dass wir dort frühstücken und Abend sitzen konnten. Die Vermieter haben immer sofort geantwortet.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Aspectos positivos: Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, alles ist sehr sauber gewesen, tolle Gastgeberin, wir konnten sogar die Unterkunft schon früher beziehen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöner, erholsamer Kurzurlaub.

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage war sehr zentral. Man kam schnell überall hin. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war tadellos, alle Fragen wurden, bevor ich sie stellen konnte, von ihm beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ansprechend. Selbst die Dachterrasse verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung (Stühle, Tisch, Liegen und Loungesessel) Wir sind erst abends geflogen und konnten auf Empfehlung des Vermieters unsere Koffer direkt gegenüber im Kiosk einlagernd.

Aspectos negativos: Der Wasserhahn im oberen Bad sollte repariert werden. Es war schwierig, an warmes Wasser zu kommen.

Definitely a great place to stay

Aspectos positivos: Great communication with the host + very handy recommendations we received upfront. Very good position - walking distance to main touristic attractions. Big terrace. Very clean and kitchen has everything you need, including dishwashing machine, which is very handy when you decide to have the breakfast at home.

Aspectos negativos: 2 small downsides that didn't bother us, but worth mentioning for others: 1. the room upstairs doesn't have a door (it's located right at the end of the stairs); 2. the room upstairs has sliding glass doors to the terrace, therefore it isn't completely soundproof, and you can hear the traffic on the road.
