Aspectos positivos: La ubicación era muy buena porque estaba en el centro de la ciudad y cerca de todo.

Aspectos negativos: Lo que menos me gustó es que había un fuerte olor a humedad en la casa y algunas de las habitaciones tenían incluso manchas negras en las paredes. Puedo entender que al ser una calle estrecha no reciba mucho sol y que con las lluvias se haya acrecentado pero teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado deberían prestar más atención a ese tipo de detalles. Igualmente nos echaron del alojamiento a las 11:00 teniendo que esperar 10 minutos en la calle. Creo que podrían haber dado un poco de margen por cortesía porque ya teníamos todo el equipaje recogido.

Aspectos positivos: This beautiful property has been tastefully modernised whilst keeping many original features. An absolute gem - we loved every minute of our stay! No more than a 30 min walk from all the attractions and very close to most of them. Restaurants and supermarket less than 5 mins ! Seville is very busy at times - make sure you book popular attractions in advance.

Aspectos negativos: Absolutely nothing to dislike

Would recommend but if I am are there in winter months i would bring slippers and warm house pjs!

Aspectos positivos: Beautifully decorated, great location, super cute building, with good facilities for a group. Clean and comfortable.

Aspectos negativos: The building was cold, the heaters worked ok in the bedrooms but not enough to heat the big open living area.

Aspectos negativos: Just an observation: the staircase is very steep which was no problem at all for adults/teenagers but would not suit small children.

A real gem

Aspectos positivos: Spotlessly clean, and everything you could need is provided. The check-in was contactless and very smooth, and staff were helpful and easy to contact. The building itself was beautiful, and you get the whole thing to yourself. The location was perfect, on a quiet back street but only minutes away from shops, bars and bakeries.

Aspectos negativos: The top floor was a little bit damp coming out of winter, but fully air conditioned so not a problem.

Aspectos positivos: The interior design and facilities were excellent. It was such a homely and beautifully furnished, quaint Spanish townhouse.

Aspectos negativos: We unfortunately had very heavy rain and there were a couple of leaks in the property which made it feel a bit damp and as there was no heating, we were a little bit cold at times.

Aspectos positivos: Fab location near cafes, shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to cathedral and Alcazar palace. Beautiful house with ample facilities and spotlessly clean

Aspectos negativos: We travelled in January and the downstairs was a little chilly as it is open plan to the upper floors. I have suggested having blankets to cuddle up with for wintertime when in the sitting room or an added heat source as the log burner was inaccessible to us.

Aspectos positivos: Very homely and comfortable. Liked that each floor had it's own shower room which were very modern. Travelling with family so loved separate sleeping areas but could come together to relax and eat in living area. Location was excellent for walking access to tourist areas

Aspectos negativos: Quite a climb to second floor at the end of a long day out walking! Keeps you fit! This floor not suitable for elderly but shouldn't be seen as a negative

Aspectos positivos: Very clean and beautiful property with lots of light and space and character. Air conditioning in every bedroom and downstairs sitting area. Fantastic location for exploring Seville. Very helpful customer services via WhatsApp and telephone. Keyless entry.

Aspectos negativos: Could do with extra towels and hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. We needed a duvet and wasn’t aware there were spares in one of the bedrooms until after contacting customer services and spending one night cold as only single sheets as covers on bed in summer season (although customer services were very responsive); would be handy to have a list of locations of spare essentials for future guests.
