Excelente apartamento!

Aspectos positivos: Espectacular alojamiento en el centro de Sevilla. Tiene todo cerca. Desde que entras por el portal todo es precioso. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, grande y súper bonito. La cama comodísima, y las almohadas también. Genial que haya aire centralizado para mantener calentita toda la estancia en estos días de frío. El balcón increíble para tomar el cafecito por la mañana. Un gusto haber podido disfrutar de este lugar con tanto encanto. Volveré sin duda!!!

Estancia en el corazón de Sevilla

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es perfecta. El espacio está bien iluminado y es cómodo. El anfitrión siempre fue muy amable y estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades.

Aspectos negativos: Se puede mejorar la limpieza

Aspectos positivos: La tranquilidad ,su balcón , el sonido del agua en su patio. Y la comodidad del apartamento.

Aspectos negativos: El que no hubiera un contenedor para depositar la bolsa de basura en el edificio. Tampoco la televisión, tenía pocos canales. Deberían de revisar los desagües del apartamento, están un poco atascados.

Aspectos positivos: Tiene de todo, total confort, sitio ideal :) estuvimos muy cómodos y a gusto en el apartamento. Vistas geniales al patio interior con fuente. El apartamento súper grande y con todo para una estancia completa. 100% recomendado súper atentos y amables

Aspectos positivos: The property was pleasant, spacious, quiet and secure. It was also central and we were able to walk to most of the major attractions as well as pleasant dining in adjacent squares and Boulevards. We were also able to wash and dry our laundry which was very helpful.

Aspectos negativos: It was difficult to communicate and clarify some issues with staff eg translation of the online information brochure for the property. And small things like some more lamps in the lounge area and more lounge cushions would have been more relaxing. Oh and a microwave would have been good. Otherwise a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Central

Aspectos positivos: Central location. Extremely clean. Comfortable bed. Quick response when access code didn't work properly.

Aspectos negativos: Insufficient blankets and pillows in the apartment (we could probably have asked for more, though).

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was very well equipped for a 2 week stay, even had tablets for dishwasher and washing machine, and a large fridge/freezer. Very spacious and modern. It looks out onto a shared secure courtyard, which is not only attractive but also means it is quiet and felt safe, which was important to me as a solo traveller. 15 - 20 minutes walk to the river / cathedral, 5 to supermarkets / restaurants and a good flamenco show. Extra touches such as scented diffusers made it feel very welcoming.

Aspectos negativos: I was given a fresh supply of towels at the end of the first week; it would have been nice to have had fresh bedlinen as well. The first week (early January), the weather was exceptionally cold and the apartment wasn't particularly warm, especially at night, but once the weather warmed up a bit, it was lovely.

Wonderful city with “wows” around every corner

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location. Very spacious. En suite bathroom had a very large shower. Kitchen well equipped for city break. Hosts very quick to respond to questions. Very central location but very quiet due to low traffic noise in the historical streets (not meant for cars to race along). Shops, restaurants and bars all nearby, as well as being only a few minutes walk from the Setas and within easy walking distance of Catedral, Alcazar, Plaza del Espana.

Aspectos positivos: Very clean, quiet and spacious. Good location, helpful staff. I highly recommend.

Aspectos negativos: A bit dark but it's not a big issue.

Perfect stay

Aspectos positivos: The appartement is beautiful at a perfect location. The grocery shop is close by and wonderful bars and restaurant are on walking distance. The area is also really quiet so we enjoyed our stay a lot. I highly recommend this appartement!
