Aspectos positivos: Me ha gustado mucho su terraza donde podrás disfrutar de las noches de estrellas y el fresquito de la noche. Su limpieza, muy importante para mi este aspecto y han sido de sobresaliente, todo limpio y ordenado. En algunas zonas concretas comienza a aparecer humedad pero con la que ha caído también lo veo normal.
Aspectos negativos: Nada, osea nos gustó todo. Quizás solo comentar que no es un piso para personas mayores o con discapacidad debido a los tramos de escaleras. Pero por lo demás Perfecto 💯.

Aspectos positivos: Las fotos del piso engañan, es bastante mas botico y mejor en persona. La localidad es ideal, es un piso grande, tienes terraza… muchas cosas me han gustado del piso. Recomendadísimo, calidad y precio.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excepcional, muy cerca de las setas y en pleno centro. Es una casa completa, bien equipada. La forma de recogida y entrega de las llaves es muy cómoda con cajetín con clave en la puerta. La comunicación con el anfitrión es batante buena. No es posible aparcar en la calle. Recominedo reservar un parking. El anfitrión tiene plazas aunque no muy cerca.

The location of this appartment is the best.
Aspectos positivos: The location of this appartment is the best. It is situated in the center of Sevilla : Casco Antiguo. Almost all important turistic sites are within a walking distance of 25 minutes. Calle Alhondiga is a relatively quiet street for an inner city place. The guests of the hotel opposite the appartment generate some noise but closing alle windows really seals off most sounds. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are close by. The appartment itself has all things you need : washing machine, good size fridge, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, airconditioning in the living and in the bedroom. Matress of the bed in the bedroom is ferm, which I really appreciate. Though a bit peculiar in set-up ( there is a total of five floors) I got used to it after a couple of days. The roofterras is a pearl. Absolutely liked the service provided by the people of Rentalsevilla.
Aspectos negativos: Not much to complain. Only minor things. The bed in the bedroom seems small for two adults. And the airconditioning in the bedroom makes more noise than the one in the living room. The sofabed in the livingroom sits poorly.

Nice stay in an unique apartment at a good locations in Sevilla
Aspectos positivos: The location of the apartment was near old town walkable distance for most attractions in Sevilla. It was clean and well maintained and the kitchen had necessary stuff. Nice balcony to chill out. Check in was easy with key with Lockpad at the door. Just as a note for others the apartment is split across 5 floors with kitchen, living room ,shower, bedroom & balcony at different floors and people with mobility issues might find it as a problem but it was ok for us.
Aspectos negativos: More waste bins especially in bathrooms required. Only one waste bag at kitchen. AC was a bit noisy as it woke me up at night as a light sleeper. The communication regarding left luggage and pick up of it from their office could be improved as confirmed time was not agreed upon first and after showing the confirmation on message platform it was allowed.
