Ático con encanto
Aspectos positivos: La terraza le da mucha vida y nos gustó mucho la distribución como ático bien organizado. Hicimos vida en el piso sin problema. El barrio lo conozco de hace muchos años y es muy especial, muy tranquilo, cerca de todo y de la parte más auténtica de Sevilla (nada turista). Está a 15’ andando de la estación de Santa Justa. El trato con Ramón fue magnífico.
Aspectos negativos: Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el tostador que no funcionaba y la bandeja del horno, pero lo se ofrecieron rápido a solucionarlo.

Aspectos positivos: Clean, comfortable rooms. Kitchen was good for easy meals, and all appliances worked. Small balcony on lower floor gave a good view of the street

Nice duplex in center old town but in quite road
Aspectos positivos: Location was fantastic. In old town and all sightseeing in walking distance We did not take any public or private transport except for airport and arrival with luggage’s. The owner is very nice person. He was very responsive and came to house for getting the key since I forgot to get registered and get the code of key box. He showed us the place and all you need is prepared in written in table. To have a duplex was nice since if one is not sleeping, do not disturb the one sleeping. We do recommend this place and will stay there if come back to Seville Thanks

Perfect apartment, wonderful location
Aspectos positivos: Plus: - Excellent, clean apartment in nice neighbourhood - Short walk to historic center and to other attractive 'barrio', Macarena. Also, do not forget to visit 'barrio' Triana, just across the Guadalquivir river - Nicely equipped kitchen - Great (upstairs) bedroom with excellent bed and direct access to perfect terrace. Nice bonus - Very easy communication with host Remarks (no criticism): - The (downstairs) living room is rather functional. Excellent to have a drink or a bite; but less inviting to spend a whole day or evening - Price is ok (slightly high) Overall: Highly recommended

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located 15 minutes walk from the train station, 15 minutes walk to the cathedral and about 25-30 from the Spanish square. The area is quiet and on the way to the monuments you pass a lot of bars. The apartment is nicely furnished, it has all the necessary things and the terrace in the bedroom is impressive

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Seville, close to all major attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful night’s rest. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. The decor was stunning—modern, stylish, and reflecting the charm of Seville. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The host was outstanding—so friendly, attentive, and always available for any questions or recommendations. The property also had excellent amenities, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the Seville heat. We especially loved the beautiful terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s a gem in the heart of Seville!!
