Apartamento céntrico y tranquilo. Ideal para viajar en familia.

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación. Entorno muy tranquilo. El apartamento es cómodo y funcional. Ideal para viajar en familia

Aspectos negativos: La cocina era pequeña, aunque no tuvimos que utilizarla mucho.

Aspectos positivos: Todo el apartamento, muy bonito y muy bien equipado. Muy céntrico. La ubicación, muy cerca de todo. Pudimos visitar todo lo que quisimos paseando. Distancias entre 15 y 30 minutos caminando. El coche lo dejamos en un parking ,muy cerca, que nos recomendó el propietario del apartamento.

Aspectos negativos: Uno de los dos ventanales de la preciosa terraza que tiene no tiene persiana. Como sugerencia: poner una cortina tupida o una persiana, al menos hasta media ventana, para no tener la sensación de poder ser vistos por los vecinos de arriba en alguno de sus ángulos.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicaciòn. La tranquilidad siendo un lugar tan cèntrico.

Aspectos negativos: La habitaciòn de dos camas, excesivamente reducida e incòmoda. Algunos detalles como el dispensador de jabòn en los lavabos, que se tienen que cambiar. La limpieza no hecha a fondo (por ej. los muebles del patio no se podìan usar). Teniendo en cuenta el precio que es elevado.

Aspectos positivos: We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We especially appreciated the high standard of cleanliness and the cozy furnishings. We felt very comfortable here and we didn't miss anything. The accommodation exactly fulfilled what it promised in the description. We would be happy to return here in the future.

A great place to stay in Seville

Aspectos positivos: It’s very cosy, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds and a great central location

Aspectos negativos: A new sofa and more comfortable chairs would be nice

Aspectos positivos: Very central location, easy access to all of the sites we wanted to see with our farthest walk being less than 30 minutes. Lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, plenty of choice. It is a traditional apartment, so is as we expected, in a narrow street with other apartments opposite. We had all of the amenities required in the kitchen, the linens were fresh and clean and we had plenty of towels. Very comfortable apartment, great wi-fi and we used the radio on the TV for entertainment. Nice little pack in the kitchen was perfect for a short stay and much appreciated as everything in there is new, so no used dishcloths and scouring pads. Fantastic host, very helpful with clear check in instructions.

Aspectos negativos: I would not complain about outside noise as it is in the heart of the old town, in a vibrant city, so this is to be expected. I would have to agree with the comments regarding the neighbours upstairs. We had a lot of noise from them, late at night and in the early hours of the morning and this happened every night we stayed.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in the city centre close to Las Setas, shops and restaurants. It is very clean apartment.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment was good but needed maintenance. Windows and blinds didn’t work properly.

Overall, it was a very good experience.

Aspectos negativos: It was very noisy outside late into the night, making it difficult to sleep.

Aspectos positivos: Location is excellent. Right in the thick of it. Great to experience the thrill of Seville right outside your door

Aspectos negativos: Nothing to dislike. There’s some comments on here about noise etc but when you’re in the middle of the city what can you expect.
