Aspectos positivos: Una buena ubicación, limpieza, la atención del personal

Gran sitio en la Macarena con todo cerca

Aspectos positivos: Está en una muy buena zona y para las noches que estuve el precio era inmejorable. El apartamento era amplio, limpio y muy agradable. Repetiré si cuando vuelva a Sevilla siguen operando.

Aspectos negativos: Al igual me equivoco, pero no recuerdo haber leído en ningún lado el sistema de la puerta. No es como que sea algo malo persé, pero una persona mayor podría liarse o no entenderlo bien.

Estancia de Semana Santa .

Aspectos positivos: La comodidad, limpieza, ventilación, lugar tranquilo y muy cómodo.

Aspectos negativos: Bueno en la cocina nos hubiera gustado más una cafetera eléctrica pero bueno la que estaba funcionaba bien .

Estancia perfecta y cómoda

Aspectos positivos: Un apartamento limpio con todo lo necesario para que nuestra estancia de 4 personas fuera perfecta , cada habitación tenía aire acondicionado y el salón también que permitía que el alojamiento y el descanso sea de 10 , camas cómodas , toallas , plancha , gel de ducha y papel higiénico , también la cocina con menaje . La ubicación a 25 minutos andando del centro y paradas en frente .

Aspectos negativos: Me gustó todo no puedo decir nada malo

Excelente espacio

Aspectos positivos: Lugar amplio, limpio con las comodidades necesarias, buena ubicación, gestión del personal y transporte público a metros de la puerta de entrada.

Aspectos negativos: Se nos cortó la luz en varias oportunidades (se bajaron los automáticos) y se escuchaba todo lo del departamento del lado (la cabecera de la habitación principal da al baño del departamento vecino) y de la callecita contigua se sentía el ruido.

Aspectos positivos: Comodidad, buena ubicacion y buena limpieza. El chico que nos recibo muy agradable.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, modern apartment and very spacious.......well kitted out kitchen and bathroom.....very comfortable

Aspectos negativos: The sound proofing is not so good ......can hear traffic and noise from other apartments.....this was only challenging thing.....all else was perfect

Seville is a beautiful city and Resolana City Walls was the ideal base for our week there.

Aspectos positivos: Alberto greeted us and was very hospitable and welcoming, and explained everything perfectly, even providing great suggestions for a first night dinner not too far from the property. Location is perfect for easy route to centre and surrounding areas. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and perfectly suitable for the week we stayed. Would recommend to any families visiting Seville for any length of time.

Aspectos negativos: There was unfortunately no kettle or coffee mugs provided, so we had to boil water on the stove top. Not an issue, but could be good to provide both as standard offering. We also had a small leak from the boiler, however once we reported, maintenance attended to check while we were out for the day and the leak did seem to slow, but not completely stop. There is a lot of transferrable noise from the other apartments however this did not last long in the evenings or compromise the stay.

Work trip- apartment was perfect.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location. Host met us with the keys. The rooms were well sized and had decent storage. The living room and kitchen were fine for our needs.

Aspectos negativos: The beds were a bit squeaky as they had metal frames. Sockets were located away from beds. It would be usefull to have mugs to make a large coffee or tea.

Unkompliziertes und angenehmes Apartment.

Aspectos positivos: Super für unsere Zwecke gelegen, trotz Lage an Hauptstraße ruhig. Betten sehr bequem, Hitze blieb draußen.
