Precioso y muy céntrico
Aspectos positivos: Es muy amplio y cómodo para 4 personas, las camas son muy comodas y lo mejor el aire acondicionado independiente en cada habitación y la ubicación (está a sólo 10 minutos a pie de la Giralda). El apartamento es precioso, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Y el trato y la comunicación con los propietarios muy buena. Nos ofrecieron hasta opción para dejar las maletas en una consigna el último dia.
Aspectos negativos: No tiene vistas ni balcón al que se pueda salir a descansar, y está en un bloque muy viejo, pero el apartamento está reformado completamente con mucho gusto.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicacion era inmejorable, el apartamento era espacioso y muy agradable
Aspectos negativos: Si tuviera que decir algo quizas el sistema de calefaccion por aire. Le costaba mucho calentarse, y la presion del grifo de la ducha era muy flojita. Pero estuvimos muy agusto

Una estancia magnífica.
Aspectos positivos: Encantada con el apartamento! Está recién renovado, todo nuevo, con muchísimo gusto y muy agradable. Está perfectamente equipado y la ubicación es excelente en pleno centro de la ciudad. El acceso mediante código es comodísimo, sin tener que preocuparnos en ningún momento de las llaves. Repetiremos sin duda!

Aspectos positivos: The location is excellent, situated about a 10-minute walk from the main attractions, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and all the necessary details were clearly communicated via messages in advance. You definitely don’t get the comfort of a hotel, but it’s a good option for a 2–3 night stay if you’re not too picky.
Aspectos negativos: The apartment shows noticeable signs of aging if you pay attention to the details. Noise is also a significant issue - you can hear a lot both from the street, as the windows don’t provide good sound insulation, and from neighboring apartments due to poor soundproofing between units. The water pressure in the bathroom was low and the cleanliness could also be improved.

Great apartment, great stay
Aspectos positivos: the apartment was clean, comfy and well kept. It is in a quiet area of town, not too far away from the center. you can reach it easy by car. Beds were very comfortble, large living space with nice furnitures
Aspectos negativos: everything met our expectations. The information received before hand made everything easier as well

Aspectos positivos: Lovely and clean. Beds comfortable, good location
Aspectos negativos: Very noisy, walls very thin, neighbours and street noise till 2am most nights. Communication about access to get out of building was not apparent. A sigh on the switch to press in the entrance hall way to open door would have been good. And suggestion is to leave a key in the apartment. Some travellers don't have roaming access and we were nervous arriving late evening that a remote door access would not work. Lucky for us it did.
