Un 10. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos en este apartamento.
Aspectos positivos: Nos hemos alojado el fin de semana pasado y la experiencia ha sido excelente. La ubicación es ideal para recorrer Sevilla sin necesidad de coche, y el apartamento, completamente reformado, está cuidado al detalle. No le falta absolutamente nada, tiene todos los accesorios y utensilios necesarios, y la decoración es impecable. Todo estaba limpio y en perfecto estado, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda y agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos sin pensarlo.
Aspectos negativos: El apartamento nos ha gustado mucho, pero el único inconveniente que encontramos fue la capacidad del agua caliente. Para tres personas, no fue suficiente, y alguno tuvo que ducharse con agua templada. No es un gran problema, pero sería un detalle a mejorar para que la experiencia fuera perfecta. Por lo demás, todo estuvo genial.

Very nice apartment
Aspectos positivos: Very good location, close to everything. The apartment was super clean, newly renovated, very comfortable.
Aspectos negativos: The sofa in the living room could have been cleaned. Although it was not a busy or noisy area, you could hear everything from outside, due to the thin walls/windows. And since we traveled in the winter, also due to the walls/windows, the warmth was not kept inside and during nights especially, it was cold. Although the AC was ON.

Would rent this apartment again if we travel back to Seville, great place to stay
Aspectos positivos: Great place to stay in Seville, on the north part of central city district, with labyrinth of narrow streets and tons of places to eat, drink or buy something. All central locations are in walking distance through interesting streets, also there is several bus stations around from where you can get really easily to any part of Seville. Apartment was really cosy, kids enjoyed staying there, as well as us.

Aspectos positivos: Lovely apartment suitable for up to four people and located in walking distance to Alameda and numerous shops, restaurants and markets. The apartment is newly renovated, meticulously clean and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Daniel, our host, was incredibly friendly and provided us with lots of useful recommendations! If you’re looking for a central location, a very clean and updated old-school apartment, and great value for money, look no more! Warmly recommend this place!
Aspectos negativos: Personally didn’t mind the street noise but those who are light sleepers might wish to bring along some ear plugs.

Amazing apartment in one of the coolest neighbourhoods
Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect in the middle of Alameda. the apartment is completely new, very well decorated and totally equipped.
Aspectos negativos: I liked everything. It’s a first floor so sometimes it’s a little noisy but it was completely ok for us even with a little baby that slept full night for her first night ever! 😄

Buona base di appoper una gita a Siviglia in famiglia
Aspectos positivos: Struttura dotata di tutti i servizi essenziali per una vacanza in famiglia. Posizione a nord del centro storico in una piazza che offre differenti bar e locali. Assistenza telefonica. 2 supermercati a pochi passi e un mercato (feria) interessante.
Aspectos negativos: Quartiere a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro più turistico (cattedrale). In vacanza questo non è un grande limite se si rimane spesso fuori. Il letto singolo nella seconda stanza non è comodissimo nella versione matrimoniale.
