Aspectos positivos: La ubicación del apartamento es en mi opinión su punto fuerte. Cerca de la Iglesia de San Luis de los Franceses y apenas a 20' andando de La Catedral, El Alcázar, Los Jardines de María Luisa, La Plaza España o La Giralda.

Buena opción

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento era muy confortable y grande. Pero la forma de entrar al edificio era un poco difícil pues solamente yo podía acceder y mi amiga tenía que esperar por mi.

Aspectos negativos: El apartamento está ubicado en un sector solitario y aunque no se presentó ningún percance de seguridad lo cierto es que no deja de asustar como uno no conoce el área.

Aspectos positivos: muy completo, limpio y confortable con una excelente ubicacion

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento esta muy bien y tiene 2 habitaciones muy cómodas y confortables, baño con tina y todo lo necesario como jabones, shampoo y toallas, con servicio de cocina con vajillas, platos, vasos, cucharas, ollas, etc y servicio de lavadora. El mobiliario de todo el apartamento nos gusto bastante. El check in lo realice por internet y me enviaron las claves para ingresar al apartamento y no tuvimos problemas para ingresar.

Aspectos negativos: De pronto que queda en un callejón y que el taxi nos dejo a unas 2 cuadras del apartamento. Aunque esto no represento ningún inconveniente para nosotros.

Aspectos positivos: Fue excelente. Quizás para tres personas quedó un poco justo pero no tengo ninguna queja. Muy bien

Bonito, céntrico y bien acondicionado

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento precioso, muy bien decorado, excelente situación en el centro, cercano a la zona monumental. Muy bien acondicionado. Patio luminoso, muy bien iluminado. No le falta detalle. Las camas muy cómodas.

The management was overall professional and the stay was very pleasant.

Aspectos positivos: The flat is true to the description: spacious, comfortable enough for four people, nicely decorated, and well-kept. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The location was very convenient—about a 30-minute walk to both Isla de la Cartuja and the main tourist centre.

Aspectos negativos: We did have some initial issues with the building’s door app, but the hosts were responsive and provided a physical key the next day. There was also a bag of laundry left in the flat upon our arrival, though the team offered to remove it the next day or at the end of our stay.

Nice stay in a conveniently location.

Aspectos positivos: The appartment was well located in a quiet street. It was decently furnished and the atrium brought light to the place.

Aspectos negativos: Despite confirming a baby cot with the host before booking, we were notified hours before the check-in that no baby cot was available. We eventually found one in the closet (the host didn't seem to know) but unfortunately without bed sheets. The host communication could be better. Also the place could have been cleaner (the floor hadn't been mopped in a while).

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful apartment located near downtown. Easy to get everywhere.

Fijn verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar.

Aspectos positivos: Het is een fijn en schoon appartement. Wij voelde ons hier snel thuis. De locatie is 10 minuten lopen naar de Setas, naar de andere bezienswaardigheden is het iets langer lopen. We vonden de wijk waar het appartement in ligt gezellig. ‘s Avonds is het erg stil in de omgeving, we hebben erg lekker geslapen.
