Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, se puede ir andando a todas las zonas más turísticas.

Buen sitio para visitar la ciudad y estar cómodo

Aspectos positivos: Todo en general, la ubicación es muy buena, el edificio y el apartamento están bastante cuidados. El balcón es pequeño pero se agradece poder sentarte fuera en noches de calor. La cocina es pequeña pero con todo lo necesario (micro, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora....). El que tenga plaza de garaje es genial, un pelín estrecha, pero es una preocuación que te quitas si viajas con tu propio coche

Aspectos negativos: El sistema de apertura del garaje falló un par de veces pero el edificio tiene portero y lo solucionaron rápido. Por mejorar yo consideraría poner una TV un poco más grande por el tamaño del salón.

Aspectos positivos: The apartament is situated in a central area, just 10 to 15 minutes from the Sevilla Cathedral, Alcazar Palace and Old town, where you can find a lot of bars and places to eat or have a drink. The check in instructions are very easy to follow and simple. The parking space provided was enough for a bigger rental car. The apartament was clean and the AC worked properly, a much needed detail during very hot days like 38° C. The host, Lucia, was very kind, easy to communicate with and provided lots of suggestions regarding things to see or places to eat. Surely a pleasant place to stay during your visit of Sevilla!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is bright, clean and cosy. It's also well equipped for cooking something fast. Moreover, the beds are very confortables. We also used the private parking, as public parking in the area is time limited. The location is excellent, 10 min walk to the cathedral and alcazar. Strongly recommended

Aspectos positivos: Great location, walking distance to the centre but still local. Comfortable, functional appartment. Very kind and helpful owner.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful and quick to respond during the stay. Private underground parking space (although it is pretty narrow, bigger car will have troubles fitting).

Aspectos negativos: Thin pillows that destroyed my neck after the second night. Thin walls, you will hear the neighbors loud and clear and vice versa.

Aspectos positivos: We liked everything. We arrived at 3 a.m. and owner helped us to find apartments, enter in to house. Doesn't matter what it was night. She was very nice and helpful. Parking is very good, underground.

Aspectos negativos: There wasn't shampoo and shower gel in bathroom.
