Aspectos positivos: Outstanding location and beautiful property with everything you could want. Easy check in and helpful staff. It couldn’t be better. We loved the neighbourhood away from the tourist throngs.

Aspectos positivos: A very nice small penthouse apartment in a quiet building in the heart of Sevilla. Perfect location, which is important as this city can be little bit of a labyrinth in some of the near areas. Shops, restaurants and bars are close by. The apartment has all the facilities for the kitchen and a washing machine. Good air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. Two private balconies, one of the them with an second outside shower. We stayed there for 10 nights and it was very pleasant. A solid choice.

Great inside and outside space in a great location

Aspectos positivos: 2 fantastic large terraces, excellent bathroom, well equipped kitchen, very clean, great location. Excellent customer service and we even got a free clean in the middle of our 9 night stay. This is a perfect base to explore old Seville and within walking distance of lots of great tapas restaurants. I would recommend this apartment very highly.

Aspectos negativos: The lift only goes to the floor below and then you walk the last flight of stairs. No problem for us but would be if you had mobility issues. A second bedside locker would be helpful.

Heerlijke appartment met privebalkons

Aspectos positivos: Knus en heel fijn appartement. Vooral de 2 privebalkons grenzend aan de keuken en woonkamer waren geweldig. Zelfs in november kon ik daar nog in de zon zitten. Verder was de communicatie vanuit de verhuurder heel goed, contact verliep via whatsapp. Ze appten van tevoren over de aankomsttijd, maar waren ook flexibel toen ik eerder aankwam. Dus erg betrokken. Ook de locatie is prima, dichtbij setas de sevilla.

Aspectos negativos: Enige minpuntje wat ik kan bedenken is dat het in november best koud was binnen. De airco kon worden gebruikt om het op te warmen, maar dat was wel een uitdaging.
