Aspectos positivos: La estancia espectacular. Todo nueva y la ubicación genial, muy céntrico. Volveremos!! Le damos un 10. La recomendaremos sin duda.

Beautiful, quiet, spotless apartment in a fantastic location for exploring Seville.

Aspectos positivos: The perfect 2-bed, 2-bath apartment for two friends visiting Seville. The place was spotless and had everything we needed, even chilled water and ice which was very much appreciated! Lovely modern design, air-con and wifi was great in all rooms, and the self check-in/check-out process was very easy. The host was available via message throughout the stay and always responded quickly. The private courtyard was pretty and the little shared rooftop terrace with pool was a bonus in the summer heat. Also the location was fantastic, it's less than a minute away from Las Setas, walking distance to the centre, and around the corner there is the BEST taco place. We loved our stay and will recommend it to friends, thank you :)

Aspectos negativos: As it's a ground floor flat in a very narrow street, there isn't much natural light in the apartment if you're planning to be in during the daytime - however, this does keep it nice and cool inside and there's always plenty of sun up on the rooftop terrace!

Aspectos positivos: The design & decor of the apartment were gorgeous. Very comfy beds. Lovely showers. Excellent support staff. Wonderful location.

Aspectos negativos: The pool wasn't clean. On the surface there were a lot of dead flies and a film of grease. It was the same for all three nights so we didn't swim and that was disappointing.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location. Great apartment and rooftop pool. Really comfortable and well equipped. Aircon worked brilliantly too. We had a great time in Seville.

Aspectos negativos: Some mould growth on the wall in the ensuite shower which needs attention.

Aspectos positivos: L,emplacement était parfait. Le lien avec le propriétaire excellent. Réponse rapide, et quelqu'un est venu rapidement réparé une poignée de porte et le grincement des portes. Cuisine bien équipée. Matelas confortables.

Aspectos negativos: La ventilation dans les salles de bain n’est pas optimale et rend la chambre principale tout le temps humide. Les oreillers et la literie auraient besoin d’être renouvelés. Les serviettes aussi. Elles sont très minces.
