Aspectos negativos: Lo único que mejoraría es la puerta de entrada que la veo un poco insegura pero si está así supongo que no hay ningún problema

Amazing flat , very comfortable , good location but not suitable for elderly or mobility issues. We would stay again .

Aspectos positivos: This a vintage decorated house keeping the original features and we loved it. It is like being in another time here. The house is pretty comfortable for 8 people . Each room is spacious and good beds . The second floors rooms have a lovey separate terrace each one . Then in the third floor , a bigger and amazing terrace to sit and have wine .The kitchen is well equipped , big enough for sitting round the table and eat.

Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately, I had my mum - she has mobility issues and she stayed in the room on the ground. The toilet does not have a shower and it has issues when flushing . So she could not use the first floor bathroom . The stair case to go to the first and second floor is lovely but not suitable for people with mobility difficulties .

Aspectos positivos: The location is very convenient for food and travel needs. Adriana, the property manager is super helpful. She took care of our needs during the stay.

Heerlijk Spaans huis!

Aspectos positivos: Prachtig huis, heel zuiver en lekker ruim. We waren er met 8 personen, familie en het was een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor onze stedentrip. Met de metro voor de deur, een directe lijn naar het centrum. Dit was trouwens ook prima te belopen, ong. 25 minuutjes. Het huis is leuk, prima keuken, veel ruimte.

Aspectos negativos: Een tip is om het dakterras boven mooi in te richten. Bijv. Met banken en wat tafeltje. We hebben er gezeten, op wat oude bij elkaar verzamelde stoeltjes. Ging prima, maar met een paar ingrepen is het helemaal leuk in te richten.

Aspectos positivos: Tolles Haus! 4 Etagen mit 3 Terrassen. Sehr gute Anbindung mit Bus & Tram.
