Aspectos positivos: En el mismo centro, piso grande. Camas de las habitaciones son comodas, con una guía con todo tipo de información, cocina muy práctica. Detalle de cápsulas de café y jabón para la lavadora.
Aspectos negativos: La ducha es una liada, no filtra bien el agua al igual que el lavamanos. Justo debajo hasta las 00h las terrazas están llenas de gente wn la terraza y los jueves hay rastro que ocupan hasta la misma puerta del apartamento. Sillón cama hace ruido. El suelo de la terraza está levantado.

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación, limpio, luminoso y tranquilo. Perfecta ubicación para conocer Sevilla. Muy recomendable.

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento bonito y en un lugar cercano a todo. Habitaciones en las que se puede descansar, gracias a estar lejos de la calle.

Apartamento muy amplio y estupendo!
Aspectos positivos: La casa es muy grande y está todo nuevo y muy limpio. La decoración es muy agradable, se nota que cuidan los detalles y que aunque sea una casa de alquiler, se esfuerzan por dejarla bonita y acogedora. La ubicación es perfecta y cerquita andando de todos los lugares de interés.
Aspectos negativos: La única pega que le pongo es que la cadena del baño funcionaba mal y había que cortar la llave del wc para que no se saliera. Por lo demás todo estupendo.

Clean, comfortable and the host was very helpful. A perfect base with a homely feel!
Aspectos positivos: Lovely location in a ‘local feeling’ neighbourhood. Close by to the city centre, the cathedral and palace were approximately twenty minutes walking. There are bars outside the apartment but I quite like the sound of them in the background. They weren’t loud and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so don’t disturb sleep. Also - Fatouch next door, Lebanese restaurant - INCREDIBLE food. But book in advance. And try Bolas a little further down the street for ice cream and milkshakes! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was lovely and warm, and there’s a bidet also. The hose - excellent. I arrived and realised I hadn’t packed my travel plugs and couldn’t find a supermarket for drinks, they replied instantly and was able to direct me to both. Saved a lot of panic as my phone battery was getting very low!
Aspectos negativos: Only down side and it’s a tiny one! Is there was no full length mirror but otherwise was perfect!

Great apartment in a lively neighborhood
Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in a great lively neighborhood and was perfect for our holidays (my husband, our son and my mother-in-law). It is a comfortable size and offers everything you need. Very nice and easy conversation with the owners.
Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately one of the bedsheets was not clean, which we then did ourselves. We were also missing a towel as they didn’t count our little son (2 years). Also the control of the heating was not very specific so it was quite chilly. We would nonetheless absolutely recommend the place.

A great overall experience.
Aspectos positivos: The host was very good. There was a power outage in the area on the day of our arrival, they followed up with the power company and offered alternative accommodation. Fortunately, the power company restored the power that night, so we did not have to move to another apartment. The apartment was neat and clean, the aircon was a must in the hot weather. Well located to the main sights in Sevilla. Great nightlife in the area with the restaurants, bars and a grocery store within a short walking distance.
Aspectos negativos: Parking is an issue in the old town, had to use overnight parking a few blocks away which was expensive.

Aspectos positivos: Mieszkanie czyste, wszystko co potrzebne dostępne ,w znakomitym miejscu , blisko to katedry, Alcazar, drewnianych grzybów, urokliwa uliczka z barami, jednak w mieszkaniu nic nie słychać, przy placu dobrze zaopatrzony market, po drodze do centrum fajna knajpeczka z tanimi śniadaniami .Polecam
