Great apartment fantastic location

Aspectos positivos: The location was fantastic and very close to bars and cafes a 5 min walk. The location was great for the Setas and lots of restaurants within 10-15 mins. Great hot showers and kitchen facilities.

Aspectos negativos: A little tired in places , balcony could have been better quality furniture to make better use. Shower curtains were grubby, better to have screens in my opinion.

Excellent location, brilliant base for sightseeing

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location. Accommodated 6 guests Modern, clean bathrooms. Well equipped.

Aspectos negativos: Smaller than expected, outside furniture looking tired and worn.

Overall happy with the stay. The apartment was clean and the host was helpful. Great location!

Aspectos positivos: Host was very helpful before and during our stay. Apartment was clean and stocked with all the essentials. Location was great for exploring Seville. Would recommend overall.

Aspectos negativos: We would have liked a few extra pillows. We were unsure where to put all of the rubbish and it was not great that it stacked up during our stay there with nowhere close by to dispose of it.

The Perfect Base to see the Real Seville.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was beautiful down a quiet street. All the rooms were clean and in good condition, there was also plenty of cleaning supplies for us to tidy as we went. The terrace on the top floor was lovely we spent one enjoyable evening watching the stars over a bottle of wine. The location was great just around the corner was the Feria Market with flowers, bakery, meat, fish, fruit and veg stalls in the morning. There are plenty cafes, and tapas bars around too. It is very close to the Setas de Seville about a 10min walk and 20min from the Cathedral. There is a luggage storage drop off on Feria Street across from the market which was very handy on our last day. Seville is a beautiful city and for most people this apartment is a perfect base. I'd happily stay there again.

Aspectos negativos: We were ensure of how to dispose of our rubbish as the bins are communal but we spotted them on Feria street the last day. The stairs did not effect us but this apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the number of staircases. There was only one key which was not ideal as if anyone wants to go to bed or rest while others are out they are locked in. The building across the street was derelict but it did not cause us any problems.

An excellent place to stay for a group comprising 3 couples.

Aspectos positivos: Spacious and well-appointed. Excellent aircon and spotless.

Aspectos negativos: Wasn’t possible to use one of the showers (leaking) - understand this was a temporary situation which will be fixed.
